Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or store credit. Items received after this window may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

2. Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed (no deodorant, makeup, or perfume stains).

• Tags attached in their original packaging.

• Hygiene seals intact (for swimwear and bodysuits).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Underwear and earrings.

• Items marked as "Final Sale."

• Gift cards.

4. Refunds & Processing

• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for our warehouse to process your return once received. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
